Project Gambetta: 39m2 1-Bedroom Apartment in the 20th Arrondissement of Paris

Our design for the 1-bedroom apartment in the 20th arrondissement of Paris is tailored to the client's minimalist, elegant style. A neutral palette with warm undertones will create a cozy yet sophisticated space.

• Living Room, Bedroom, Entrance: Warm browns, off whites, and touches of brushed, vintage gold for an elegant tone.

• Kitchen: Black-and-white checkered floor, grey cabinets, creamy white backsplash/countertop, wine posters for the wine enthusiast.

• Bathroom and WC: Black-and-white mosaic floor tiles, subway tiles on walls, dark wood vanity, and chrome finishes. WC features a natural darker green color on walls and ceiling, complementing the black and white mosaic floor.

Improving natural light in the bathroom by creating a upper opening from the kitchen will be a key feature. The bedroom will exude serenity in cozy white, with a mini library near the fireplace.

Our design will incorporate the client´s appliances to lower costs while investing in critical areas like electricity, plumbing, tiles, paint, and floor refinishing.
